Our coffee blends are a mix of coffee beans from different origins, varieties, or roast levels. Blending allows us to create unique flavor profiles that balance acidity, body, and aroma, offering a more consistent and complex taste. This provides us the creativity to match flavor profiles with the particular vibe of an area; one of the ways we tell our travel stories.

Blends can be made for different purposes, such as:

• Espresso blends (designed for rich crema and balanced flavors)

• House blends (signature flavors from a particular roaster)

• Seasonal blends (changing ingredients based on harvest times)

Our excellent Signature Blends currently consist of Anytime/Anywhere, Dark Love, Golden, Big Sky, Bright Stars/Dark Sky, and Sunset (decaf blend). We invite you to try a blend, close your eyes, and imagine being there with us.
