At Traveling Gnome Coffee, we work hard to get fresh-roasted coffee and handcrafted goods to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

☕ Coffee Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure freshness. Some orders may ship sooner or slightly later depending on roast schedules and order volume.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship using reliable carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • Other regional carriers as needed

Shipping method options and rates are at calculated based on your location and order weight.

📍 Shipping Destinations

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states.

  • International Shipping:

    International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (timelines vary by carrier)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Promotional or free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly stated on the site and applied automatically at checkout.

🛑 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

For damaged items:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
