The Roast

This is a proper dark roast — pulled deep, roasted slow on our zero-emission Bellwether electric roaster, the lowest-carbon coffee roasting system in the world. The result is something velvety and full, with the kind of body that settles into a mug like it was always meant to be there.

On the nose: rich pipe tobacco and a faint sweetness that pulls you in. In the cup, toasted marshmallow and bittersweet chocolate build into a malty, almost smoky depth — with just a whisper of seared orange to keep things interesting. It's not a coffee that shouts. It's one that lingers.

The Blend

Two origins, two processing methods, one exceptionally well-rounded dark roast.

A naturally processed Brazilian coffee provides the foundation — smooth, full-bodied, with that characteristic sweetness and soft texture that makes dark roast lovers feel right at home. Layered in beneath it is a washed Ethiopian coffee, bringing just enough brightness and subtle complexity to keep the cup alive. Together, the Caturra and Ethiopia Heirloom cultivars produce something that's deeply satisfying without ever feeling heavy-handed.
