The iconic silhouettes of Joshua trees stand quietly against the glowing desert sky, creating a moment that feels both magical and serene. That peaceful desert pause is the inspiration behind our Joshua Tree Sunset Decaf.

Sourced from the high elevations of Tolima, Colombia (1500–2100 MASL), this coffee comes from small, family-owned farms dedicated to traditional and sustainable practices. Tolima is renowned for producing some of Colombia’s finest coffees, shaped by rich volcanic soils, ideal climate, and generations of resilient growers. Once deeply affected by conflict, the region has experienced renewed growth through coffee, community investment, and peace initiatives.

This lot is naturally decaffeinated using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, derived from compounds found in molasses. The result is a decaf that preserves sweetness and origin character—smooth, balanced, and never flat.
