After packing our backpacks and lacing up our boots, we hiked from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon all the way to the mighty Colorado River, rested at Phantom Ranch with ice-cold lemonade, and climbed out under a glowing full moon along the South Kaibab Trail.

FLAVOR WHEEL: At the Medium-dark roast, the body becomes rich and the mellow, giving way to notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, vanilla, caramel, and a soft nutmeg finish.

Origin: Café Sierra Azul - Chiapas, Mexico

Grown by smallholder farmers in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this come from the Café Sierra Azul cooperative - 300 farmers dedicated to ethical production and sustainable agriculture.
