An organic, single origin coffee from Honduras, with notes of milk chocolate, nougat, and green apple. A perfect cup to enjoy the beautiful green and gold colors of the fields of wheat and canola waving over the Palouse’s rolling hills.

ORIGIN: 

From the AMPROCOL, an association of women producers, which has grown from 10 founding women in 2007 to over 300 women producing high-quality, organic specialty coffees. This coffee is handpicked and pulped the same day. It is then fermented for 12-18 hours and washed in clean water. Parchment is laid to sun dry for 4-7 days.

This coffee aligns with our sustainability principles and supporting women farmers. Many of these women have lost their husbands in wars and live below the poverty level.
