From the AMPROCOL, an association of women producers, which has grown from 10 founding women in 2007 to over 300 women producing high-quality, organic specialty coffees. This coffee is handpicked and pulped the same day. It is then fermented for 12-18 hours and washed in clean water. Parchment is laid to sun dry for 4-7 days.
